these terms of service ("terms") govern your use of the piece meals website at piecemeals.com and all related services (collectively, the "service") operated by HNGRY Retail Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "the company"). by accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. orders & payments

all orders placed through piece meals are subject to availability and confirmation. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. prices are listed in US dollars. payment is processed at the time of checkout through our third-party payment processor (Square). you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

2. preorder & delivery

orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff (typically thursday). delivery occurs on sundays in select areas of Los Angeles. delivery windows are estimates and not guarantees. HNGRY Retail Holdings LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, traffic, or third-party service disruptions.

3. refunds & cancellations

because our meals are prepared fresh to order, all sales are final once the weekly ordering window closes. if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours at support@piecemeals.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. accounts

you may create an account using a magic link sent to your email. you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. you may save payment methods and delivery addresses for convenience. you can remove saved information or request account deletion at any time.

5. intellectual property

all content on the service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of HNGRY Retail Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, HNGRY Retail Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

7. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
